SHADE OUTDOOR LIVING SOLUTIONS LIMITED 5 YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY

Shade Outdoor Living Solutions (SOLS), the installer of your MagnaTrack retractable shades, guarantees the workmanship and performance of the installation for five years.  This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser and is not transferable. During this period, SOLS will remedy installation or performance defects at no charge to the purchaser.  At its discretion, SOLS may attempt to remedy fabric adjustments remotely via telephone with the assistance of the client.  In this instance, SOLS will advise the client to press a sequence of buttons on the remote control and perform simple tasks related to adjusting the fabric.

Exclusions:

• Back-rolling (aka: re-wrapping) due to deployment of the screen (sending the screen down) in windy conditions.
• Back-rolling (aka: re-wrapping) due to deployment of the screen (sending the screen down) in weather under 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Damage to the fabric or components due to operation in temperatures under 35 degrees Fahrenheit. 
• Damage to the motor due to exposure to water.  This condition occurs due to improper care and maintenance. (Don’t aim a hose upwards towards the aluminum housing!)
• Damage to Fixed Screens of any sort.  There is no warranty on material or workmanship on fixed screens.
• Replacement of damaged remote controls.
• Replacement of batteries in remote controls.
• Reprogramming of WIFI interfaces.
